A Prolific Striker

Ally McCoist is one of the most prolific strikers in Scottish football history. He is the fifth-highest all-time goalscorer in the top tier of the Scottish football league system, having scored 260 times for Rangers and Kilmarnock. McCoist also scored 19 goals for the Scotland national team.

A Successful Career

McCoist began his career with Rangers in 1980. He quickly established himself as a first-team regular and helped the club to win numerous trophies, including nine league titles and three Scottish Cups. McCoist also played for Kilmarnock, Sunderland, and Motherwell before retiring in 1998.

After retiring from playing, McCoist went into management. He has managed Kilmarnock, Rangers, and the Scotland national team. McCoist is currently the manager of Rangers.
